An outfit to enjoy the Summer holidays

I spotted a competition last night on The Mad Blog Awards for Mums & Dads 2014 website in conjunction with their new sponsors The Watch Hut. I know terrible isn’t?  Once I chose a ‘me’ kind of watch I started designing an outfit around it. Yes you can do that, it works quite well. Whilst doing this Bex … Read entire article »

Mostly Spinach soup recipe

Mostly Spinach soup recipe

There is something about a vibrant green soup that shouts out vitality to me, though of course to others it might shout slime! Ever changing what is good for you rules!

For over a week I have swapped my morning cuppa for water. Apparently drinking water on an empty stomach is really good for you, then you read else where it is not after doing it for this time! Or more to the point it should be warm water. To me it makes sense to drink more water as it has huge benefits, I am not quite sure I could take 4 glasses of warm water in … Read entire article »

Adding an egg to your day

Adding an egg to your day

You will rarely come to our house and there not be eggs in the fridge. Most weeks we whizz through about 18 of them. If there is an egg or two then there is a breakfast, lunch or supper to be made! A simple herb and cheese omelette or scrambled or poached egg on toast give … Read entire article »
