Walkers Hoops and Crosses
I like a bit of balance in my life. I like salad and fruit equally as much as I like cake and chocolate. Honest it is equal I promise!!! So when I heard about the Walkers Hoops and Crosses campaign I thought this is my kind of balance so I would like to help spread the word. I had no idea at all that a monkey would arrive with a book for me to read and a packet for us to try. But one did, he wanted to hang out in the tree so I let him. So where does a packet a crisp come into being balanced, you may well ask. Well Walkers Hoops and Crosses come packed with 56% wholegrain which is an impressive amount I think. They also are … Read entire article »

Look in the mirror and what do you see? Parenting poem
Yesterday I saw a comment of Facebook from the lovely Karin from Cafe Bebe. Which basically said ‘Do you look in the mirror and sometimes wonder who it is that is looking back and you? This morning I remembered this poem by Janthea Bridgen. We were given it when I did a parenting course when Bex was 4 and Oz was 2.
