Still I we try to re-arrange my time better this week 🙂
So this week I don’t have any big plans I don’t think as yet, so if nothing else it is nice to have the food planned. Last week I did switch a couple of things so ‘Turkey Tortillas’ will happen this week. The sausage Pilaf last week was very yummy, I tweaked with the recipe of course and it will definitely be made again here very soon. As was the potato, spinach hash type dish which 3 out of 4 of us loved. Oz isn’t keen on potatoes so he was the not liker on that one.
So this week we will be eating…
Monday: Special Egg fried rice, I have left over roast chicken I will add and I am feeling more spicy than English so the English twist will be replaced by a more Indian theme. I also have left over roasties which will be made into a ‘Bombay Potato’ type dish.
Tuesday: Cream cheese and broccoli pasta. So easy, so yummy, what more could you ask for? Oh yes and pretty good for you too!
Wednesday: Tortilla Turkey Wraps (this week they will make it to the table!) and salad.
Thursday: Oh look at my notepad and seem to have missed out Thursday completely. As dogs are pacing my feet to go out as I typed, well suggestions welcome. Something veggie please!!!
Friday: Thai Green Chicken Curry, rice and homemade naans.
Saturday: Something easy, perhaps even my Husband famous egg and chips with salad of course!!!
Sunday: Lamb tray bake, this will be more with peppers, onions, new potatoes,garlic, aubergine and courgettes. Then served with broccoli or something green.
